Print Multiple Photos on One Page Using Adobe Photoshop LIghtroom
Printing more than one photo on a page must be a lot harder than it looks because Photoshop Lightroom is the first program I’ve used that really does it well. Actually, its multi-photo setup is pretty ingenious, and once you see how easy and intuitive it is, you’ll probably wind up printing more multi-photo pages than ever before. Here’s how to make the most of it.
Step 1
Start by clicking on the template called Maximum Size; then click on a different photo in the filmstrip. Go to the Layout panel and make sure that you have the Show Guides checkbox turned on. The photo in Figure 1 is of one of my very best friends, Rod Harlan, taken during a two-day hands-on Photoshop Lightroom workshop. (The shoot was part of the class. I had the students do four different live shoots and then sort, process, and print their own photos all using Lightroom.) I lit Rod with a Westcott daylight fluorescent Spiderlite TD5 with a 2′ × 3′ softbox attached and a Westcott 6-in-1 reflector.
