Slide Sorter view (Figure 2.28) gives you the big picture of your presentation. In this view, you can easily reorder, delete, or duplicate slides. The size of the slides in Slide Sorter view can be controlled in the Zoom drop-down, shown in Figure 2.29.

To use Slide Sorter view:

Choose View > Slide Sorter or click the Slide Sorter View button.

To see more slides but less detail, choose a lower zoom percentage in the Zoom field.

TIP
To move a slide, drag it to a new location.
To return to Normal view, double-click any slide.
To select more than one slide, hold down the Shift button while clicking on slides. To select noncontiguous slides, hold down the Ctrl button and click the slides.
