This example requires the creation of three files. Two files are script files, and another file is an .ini file for storing drive mapping/share information. The content of the three files can be found at the end of this article.
Create a local folder called c:\kixwork. For these examples, place all the files and the kix32.exe executable in the kixwork directory. After the scripts are tested, you can move the files to the NetLogon share on all your domain controllers. (See the KiXtart documentation for more information.)
Additionally, create two Active Directory security groups called AGroup and BGroup. They will be used to test the drive mapping functionality below.
Modify the drivemappings.ini file. Where I have placed \\servername\sharename, replace it with a server name and share name that are valid on your network.
