Include Addresses in Contacts for Google Maps
Many people don't keep full contact information on their phones, even smartphones, because generally you'll only need phone numbers or email addresses. Google Maps on an iPhone makes it easy to pinpoint someone's house or office by using a contact as an address source.
Even though this may sound like something that's all flash and no substance—especially if you know where someone's house is—there are plenty of instances where it can come in handy. If you're visiting someone and want to find the closest pizza shop or sushi restaurant, you can use Google Maps with that person's address. Or, for example, if you're visiting a client's office and realize you need a copy shop. It can also be helpful for getting directions because you don't need to enter a source or— if you're going to another contact's address—a destination.
