Spaces
Although I’ve never been diagnosed with attention deficit disorder, I suspect I may suffer from it. What else could explain my inability to keep from getting distracted from the other applications running on my desktop as I work: Mail, iChat, Twitterific, and Firefox?
Spaces should bring some relief. I can set it up with the aforementioned distracting applications in one space and my real work in another. Then, with luck, I won’t see the new messages in Mail as they are delivered or feel a constant need to respond to fellow Twitterers’ tweets.
