Printing in different apps
I find that people often don't realize the printing options for the various applications. Every app has its own set of features, and there are even more options in Leopard. Go to the Print dialog box (Command P) and make sure the entire pane is disclosed (click the blue disclosure button if you don't see the full pane). Make sure you find the menu in the Print dialog box with the name of your application—there is always one there. Choose that menu (if it isn't already selected) and check out the many options.
For instance, from your Address Book you can print mailing labels; a list of your contacts with just the information you need; and even special forms that can be inserted into pocket address books. You can print envelopes that automatically print every contact you've selected in your Address Book (in postal code order, if you need), and include your return address and even a graphic, such as a logo. All in the colors and fonts you want.
The printing options in the new version of iPhoto are mind-boggling. Be sure to spend some time poking around in there.
