Press Command-G (PC: Ctrl-G) to put all your selected photos into a stack. (This keyboard shortcut is easy to remember if you think G for Group.) If you look in the grid now, you can see just one thumbnail with that pose, as shown in Figure 2. Lightroom didn’t delete or remove those other photos; they’re stacked behind that one thumbnail (in a computery, technical, "you’ll just have to trust that that’s what’s happening" kind of way). Look how much more manageable things are now that those 12 photos are collapsed down to one.
