The Verdict?
I feel compelled to close this by giving you my final verdict on Photoshop Express. See, I’m a Photoshop CS3 user at heart and that’s not going to change. But, I’ve just sat here and written nearly 1,000 words touting Photoshop Express. Why? Because I think it’s a great program. I’ll most likely use it to share my photos easily with my friends and family. It’s got a lot of storage space and it’s easy to use. At the same time, I’m probably going to tell my friends and family to use it for nearly everything. I constantly get asked from friends whether they should use Elements or CS3. To start out with, I’ll suggest using Photoshop Express for a while and wait until they exhaust the features that Express offers before they move on. If it happens, then great—move on to the next level. If not, there’s nothing wrong with sticking with a free online photo-sharing program if it works. Bottom line... Photoshop Express offers a lot to some one who doesn’t want the complexity that CS3 or Elements offers. If you take advantage of it, then you can, indeed, do some really cool things with your photos.
