Removing a Web Clip
If you decide you no longer want one of your custom Web clips (or an application that you installed—see Chapter 6 for more on applications) on your Home screen, you can remove it. Tap-and-hold for a few seconds on the Web clip icon that you want to remove, until the icons start to wiggle. You’ll then see a little X in the upper-left corner of each Web clip (and application that can be removed). To delete the Web clip you no longer want on your Home screen, simply tap the little X and then tap Delete from the dialog that appears. It will disappear, and your remaining icons will reshuffle. Once you’re done, tap the Home button to stop the icons from wiggling and lock them in place.
