Editing a Bookmark
Sometimes website addresses change and you need to update your Bookmark. One great thing is that if you update a Bookmark on your computer, it will update in the iPhone the next time you sync (if you have this preference set) or over the air if you use MobileMe. However, if you want to update it right on the iPhone, you can. Launch Safari and tap the Bookmarks button at the bottom of the screen. This will bring up your Bookmarks list and you’ll be able to navigate to the folder containing the Bookmark you want to edit. Next, tap the Edit button in the lower-left corner of the Bookmarks folder screen. Then tap the Bookmark you wish to edit. You’ll be able to edit the name and the URL, as well as the Bookmark location. Once you’ve made your changes, tap the Bookmarks folder button in the upper-left corner of the screen to return to the list of Bookmarks. You can then tap the Done button when you’re done making edits.
