Add Items to the Search Criteria pop-up Menus
When you are searching in the Spotlight window and use the pop-up menus to add additional search criteria, there are a limited number of choices on the menu. But if you scroll down to Other, there are 148 additional criteria (trust me, I counted—twice!) you can use. If some of these are ones you routinely use in searches, you can add them to the menu by simply turning on their checkboxes in the In Menu column. From now on, you can select them directly from the pop-up menu and save yourself a long scroll.
