Break the Top 20 Barrier
The Spotlight menu only shows the top 20 results from your search, but if the file you’re looking for didn’t make the list, or if you just want to be sure you have every copy of a file, click Show All at the top of the results list. This will open the Spotlight window and show you the complete list of results for your search.
