Testing Your Mail Rule Workflow
To test your workflow, close the rule and preferences window. Then, just send yourself a message with the following subject (replacing 12345 with your security code):
Automator Workflow 12345 - Start Screen Saver
If all goes well, when you receive the message (see Figure 6), the rule should run your workflow, and your screen saver should start.

This is a pretty simple example. Be creative, and see what workflows you can come up with on your own.
