On the Windows platform, you can create PDF files with a single click from within Microsoft Office 2010 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, and Access, as well as from other applications such as Microsoft Project and Visio (see Figure 4). Sorry, Mac users: It’s Windows only. This also means that in Word and PowerPoint, you can insert all kinds of multimedia content that is converted to the Flash .FLV format that can be played directly in the PDF using Reader 8 or later.
