#9: Optimized Viewing Mode
I really wasn’t overly thrilled with this new feature at first, because I know the shortcut to Full Screen mode and keyboard shortcuts for navigating PDF files. But, after seeing how some of my clients view PDFs, it started to grow on me. The new Reading Mode allows you to have toolbars and panels disappear, and a transparent floating toolbar appears to help you navigate PDF files more easily. It’s easy to access the viewing mode by choosing View > Read Mode or clicking the Read Mode button. This viewing mode is also available in Adobe Reader X and Acrobat X (see Figure 14).
