Do one of the following:

If the recipient also has OneNote, you can insert the note as an attachment to your message; click the Insert button and select the note you want to attach.
To send a note as a Web archive file:
-
Save the note as a Web archive file by choosing File > Publish Pages. Select the location to save the files to and enter a file name.
-
Click the Insert button on the E-mail toolbar, browse to the location you published the files to, and insert the file into the message as an attachment.
