The Library Organizer Command
Also from GiantProblems.tv (for free) is the Library Organizer, which makes organizing your library as easy as choosing a menu option.
Once installed, library-organizer displays as an option in the Commands menu in Flash MX 2004. As soon as you get a couple of different asset types into your library, such as video, bitmaps, or movie clips, run this command and then do a little happy dance. Everything in your library is nicely organized for you into folders named according to the asset type. If you've got a ton of stuff in the library of a Flash document, this command makes it all incredibly easy to find. See Figure 4 for the before-and-after shots.
Figure 4 It's like having the maid drop by and clean your Flash documents.
