Lastly, you will take a look at some of the preferences associated with Acrobat.com reviews.
- Open the Tracker by clicking Track Reviews in the Comment task pane or using one of the other methods mentioned earlier.
- Make sure that Latest Updates is selected on the left side of the Tracker, and notice the options for turning off the notification icon in the system tray (Windows only) and turning off notification inside of Acrobat. Turning the notification off in Acrobat will disable the dark gray message box that appears in the upper–right corner of the PDF. At any point, you can turn them off and on within the Tracker (see Figure 24).
- Close the Tracker.
- Choose Edit > Preferences (Windows) or Acrobat > Preferences (Mac OS). There are two main sets of preferences for reviewing documents using a shared review: Reviewing and Tracker.
- Click the Tracker option on the left side of the Preferences dialog box (see Figure 25). You can change how often comments are checked for, suspend checking after a certain time period, turn on and off notifications (depending on your platform they are different options), and more. Click OK.
