Poring Over the Picture
One of my most anticipated summer activities is the motocross jumping event at my county fair. Each year, the motocross daredevils launch their bikes some 30–40 feet into the air while performing amazing acrobatic moves and then landing on a ramp that seems much too small for its task. And I am there to capture it all with a long lens and a fast shutter speed.
