Sharing Improvements
Sharing presentations from your IOS device has been completely revamped in Keynote for iOS. Tapping the Tools button in the toolbar gives you a popover with a Share and Print choice (see Figure 14). Tap that option, and you get one of six choices:
- Email Presentation
- Send to iTunes
- Copy to iDisk
- Copy to WebDAV
When you choose to email the presentation or to send it to iTunes, your iDisk, or a WebDAV server, you have the choice of saving the presentation in Keynote or PowerPoint format, or as a PDF (see Figure 15).
Figure 14 You'll find the new sharing options in the Tools popover.
Figure 15 Notice that the look of this dialog differs from those we've seen elsewhere. That's because the sharing formats Keynote supports have changed (and probably will again in future versions), so there's room in the dialog for expansion. The contents of this dialog also vary, depending on what type of sharing or printing option you chose. This version shows the options you get when you select Email Presentation from the Share and Print popover.
