Setting Up the Showcase Template Sidebar
Click Appearance > Widgets in your WordPress admin sidebar to open the Widgets screen. Click the arrow next to the Showcase widget block to expand it (see Figure 3).

Drag the desired widgets into the Showcase Sidebar widget block. Be sure to choose the Twenty Eleven Ephemera widget (shown in Figure 4), in addition to any other widgets you'd like to use.

Give the Twenty Eleven Ephemera widget a title and select the number of posts you'd like to display (see Figure 5).

Now that you have all the pieces in place, you'll need to populate them with content.
