Poring Over the Picture
During an evening photowalk in Washington, DC, we ended up walking through the fairly new World War II Memorial. The beauty of the design has made it one of my favorite places to shoot in DC. We arrived just around dusk, and the lights from the fountain were creating a great balance with the fading sunlight. I used a wall to steady my camera for the shot and then set a slightly high ISO to keep my shutter speeds from being too long and to keep the people from getting blurred.
