Summary
You now probably know more about the stock Flash 5 smart clips than you ever wanted to. Sure, you can just drop them onto the Stage and use the Clip Parameters panel to pass values into them, but what fun is that? Now you know how to populate them from easily changeable text files, and that's pretty cool. You also know how to get under the hood and do a little tweaking all on your own. You can do this for any smart clip. When you consider that the text files can be generated from a middleware call to a database, you're talking real power. In the next chapter, you take a look at another set of smart clips, called Learning Interactions.
