Closing Thoughts
Removing spots is usually just one part of the image restoration process, and the basics for doing this have been covered in this chapter. Sometimes the work can be a little tedious, as there often is no quick fix to remove spots and it requires the discrimination of a trained eye. Sadly, images all too often face more severe damage. Methods to tackle these issues are explored in the following chapter.
