Open the Project panel menu, and choose Metadata Display. Select the checkbox for any column heading you want to appear. You can also right-click a heading and choose Metadata Display to access the settings.
Click the Search field, and start typing the name of the clip you are looking for. Premiere Pro hides clips that don’t match what you typed and reveals those that do.

Application and System Logs
