Other Things You Can Do with Your PDA
As you can see, you can do a vast array of things with your PDA. These top 10 are the most interesting, but here's a brief look at a few others:
View images. Most PDAs allow viewing of images in some kind of photo gallery software.
Carry out SMS Messaging. Some PDAs also allow integration with a cell phone for Short Message Service (SMS) messaging functionality.
Manage finances. Many PDA users are mobile workers who can use their PDAs to manage their expenses and finances using Microsoft Money or Intuit Quicken.
Make videos, take photos. Some PDAs have built-in cameras that enable you to take photos or even to shoot short videos.
Note that many devices on the market today that are not strictly defined as PDAs offer similar functionality. Blackberries, some advanced MP3 players, and many smart phones can carry out many of the same functions as PDAs, although they often have specific limitations in some areas.
