Facelifts without surgery
You can perform minor facelift techniques to minimize distracting features on a person using the Liquify filter. First, make sure you're working on a flattened image so that there is only one layer—if not, choose LayersFlatten Image. Now choose FilterLiquefy and configure a brush large enough to cover the area you want to fix. – For example to make ears smaller, you should make sure that the brush is larger than the ear. Click the Pucker option on the left and then click once on the ear to reduce its size. You can also reduce the size of a nose, mouth, or chin this way. Use the Bloat option to enlarge small features such as eyes or cheekbones. Remember, a small and subtle fix is all you want—it should be perceptible to you but not obvious to a casual observer.
