Designating an Administrator Computer to Handle/Store Report Data
If you have multiple administrator computers in a network, you can designate a single computer to host the Remote Desktop report database for all the others. This has the advantage of using a single set of reporting policies throughout the network, reducing the resources used in collecting data, and ensuring that all reports are run with a consistent set of Remote Desktop data. Additional administrator computers will query the database on the computer hosting the database if a report is run. You use the Data Collection tab of the Remote Desktop application preferences to configure an administrator computer to share its report database with other administrator computers and to configure the additional computers to rely upon the shared database.
