Choose Sounds
Finding sounds is a bit trickier than finding images. The Windows version of PowerPoint includes sound files in its clip art collection, but the Mac version does not.
To find sounds on Windows, restrict your search to just sounds in the Results should be pop-up menu in the Clip Art pane.
Uncheck the Clip Art, Photographs, and Movies choices.
Search the collection by entering a word in the Search for field, then click Go. The sounds will appear in the results field as icons.
Once you find sounds, you’ll want to hear them. Right-click on a sound, and from the shortcut menu, choose Preview/Properties. The Preview/Properties dialog appears and plays your sound.
If you need to play the sound again, click the Play button.
You’ll add sounds to slides in Chapter 6. For now, make note of the sounds that would work with your presentation.
