Running Reports
Running a report with Apple Remote Desktop is pretty simple. Select the computers that you want included in the report from a computer list (or from a multiple observe window) and then select the appropriate report from the Report menu. You will see a dialog box like the one shown in Figure 3, which includes the report that you choose and enables you specify options for the type of report that you are running. (For example, the System Overview Report dialog box enables you to choose which system information items are included, the Software Difference Report dialog box enables you to specify which applications to compare, and the User History Report dialog box enables you to specify a time period for the report.)

You can also add more computers to the report. Clicking the Get Report button will create the report, or you can use the Save or Schedule buttons to save the report as a task that you can run at a later time or to schedule the report to be run on a regular basis.
