Adjust with Variations
The Color Variations feature offers a great starting point when you’re still getting a feel for how hue, saturation, and brightness affect colors. It lets you compare one choice against another, making it easier to move step-by-step to the right color balance. Use this method for a while and you’ll develop a good sense of how to fix a photo’s color problems. (See extra bits on page 80.)
In Standard Edit mode, open the photo you want to fix, then from the menu bar, choose Enhance > Adjust Color > Color Variations to open the Color Variations dialog box.
Examine the results and, if needed, click the More Saturation thumbnail again. You can click Undo any time to move back a step.
